#3:. Health Insurance
Companies are required by law to provide health insurance for employees. The ratio of which percentage comes from the employee’s salary and what percentage the company pays varies. But when negotiating at new job, you should bring it up.
#4:. Job Title
Oftentimes, instead of Accountant or Administrator, you wish you had a cooler title.
It is only an issue of semantics and it hurts no one if your title is changed to Associate Financial Officer (Assuming you are not going to be the chief accountant) or Chief/Associate Administrative Officer (depending on whether or not you are going to be the boss). You should throw in that suggestion at the negotiation table, many a reasonable HR will agree if you are not being unreasonable with your demands.
