#5:. Annual Leave
Companies are mandated to make provisions for employees to go on an annual leave with their salary and sometimes extra. Some companies give a vacation option with spending money tailored to your position and salary. It doesn’t hurt to ask whether an annual leave is allowed, how long it lasts and if there are any special packages.
#6:. Social Security
This is definitely something you should not leave a job interview without bringing up. Apart from discussing your salary, you should ask about whether provisions are being made to contribute towards your social security and negotiate exactly how much will be contributed.
